- At the present time you cannot edit or delete your post once you have made it. Please be certain that you are happy with your post's content prior to submitting it.

- Posting your email address is likely to result in you receiving unsolicited junk mail (aka spam). It may also expose you to more malicious types of email such as scams or viruses.

- If you are asking a question please be as specific as possible in describing your particular circumstances. A general question will usually result in a general answer and a general offer of help. If you provide details then the respondent can tailor their answer to your specific needs.

- Please post a name, even if it is fictional, so that people can address you in their replies.

- Unsolicited advertising will be deleted.
